Even if you feel you may have committed an offence it is still important to be legally represented as Tuckers solicitors can still help you.

Firstly it may well be that you feel guilty but as a matter of law you are not or the police and prosecution could not prove this. We will during police disclosure analyse the evidence and confirm whether it is in your interest to admit the offence or exercise your legal right to remain silent. This would be your choice. All we would do is give you the options depending on the strength of the police evidence. We have many examples where we have assisted clients to avoid a charge. We are quite happy with this because the law states that the burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove guilt not for a suspect or defendant to prove their innocence.
