The case can be won or lost at the police station before it even goes to court.

All of Tuckers solicitors police station representatives are aware that what happens in the police interview can impact the trial. Wrongly exercising the right of silence can be a disaster. Not exercising the right to silence can also be a disaster. It depends on the circumstances. We hope to avoid a trial but if it does go to a trial at least with our presence at the police station we can set up the trial to give you the best hope of being found not guilty. If in fact you are guilty having made the mistakes we can at least assist you in reducing the impact of your offence by ensuring the right things are said and done in the police station.
