Our managing partner, Richard Atkinson recently successfully represented a defendant in

confiscation proceeding after her conviction for conspiring to supply Class A drugs so that the

confiscation sum was reduced to £41.05 and the figure originally claimed as her benefit by the

prosecution of just over £735,000 was reduced to £10,000.
