The Law Society's response to the SRA consultation on reforms to PII and the Compensation Fund.
The Law Society has been very active in consulting with the profession and other stakes holders in advance of preparing its response to the consultation. The Law Society has also produced a slide deck to assist members who are interested in making their own submissions, but do not necessarily have time to read the whole consultation document, or the Law Society response. It focuses on the SRA’s main proposals and the objections to them:
