Case: R v R (A minor) Woolwich Crown Court 14th March 2018

Our client was charged along with other Defendants with burglary and theft. The case against him revolved around cell site analysis and ANPR evidence. However there appeared to be no direct evidence of attribution of a telephone number to our client only from inferences to be drawn from other evidence in the case. So we made an Application to Dismiss and this was granted - the case was dismissed against our client. This was one of those rare instances where the court grants such an application.

Solicitor: Nicola Hall. Advocate: Adrian Rohard
