Stuart Green

Stuart studied law from 1998 to 2001, before attending the College of Law in London in 2002. He trained at Blackfords Solicitors in Woking before qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. He further qualified as a duty solicitor in 2007 and has specialised in criminal law ever since, working in Surrey, London and Kent, dealing with every type of criminal offence.

Stuart has been part of Tuckers Solicitors since the successful merge with Kent Defence in 2016. Stuart covers cases all over Kent, and deals with a lot of serious customs and importation cases. He is particularly understanding to the needs of foreign clients who have found themselves in difficulty at the local port, and has formed a strong client base as a result of this.
