“As you can see below, we are changing our office phone numbers. We have upgraded our telephone system in order to allow us to improve the service we offer to our clients. The new system is an integrated system for the whole branch, it will be answered 24/7. You will be able to call this one number and can be put though to anyone in the branch irrespective of which office they work at, it will also operate as our emergency number so you need only remember one number. The 03 number will cost the same as the old numbers, it is not a premium number. The old numbers will continue to work for some time but when you receive a call from us it will show our new number. Our new system will also finally allow us to see the number you are calling from. Pleas amend you records to show the new number so that when we call you will realise that it is us calling.”
