Solicitor Commended by Judge in Open Court
R v AM.
On the 11th December 2019 our client was found not guilty by a jury at Maidstone Crown Court of an alleged fraudulent evasion of duty. The Solicitor dealing with the case was Linas Bajorunas who demonstrated exceptional client care to our client who had been extradited from Lithuania and unable to leave the United Kingdom for eleven months whilst this case was pending. Linas had also put in a remarkable level of work in preparing the trial to the point where the Judge commended his work in open court (something not often seen)! Needless to say our client was very happy with the outcome and can now return to his family in Lithuania for Christmas!

2019 gruodžio 11d. mūsų klientas buvo prisiekusiųjų pripažintas nekaltu Maidstono Karūnos Teisme dėl kaltinimų apgaule siekus išvengti muito. Šią bylą vedė advokatas Linas Bajorūnas, kuris pademonstravo išskirtinį rūpinimąsi mūsų klientu, kuris buvo ekstradicijos būdu parsiųstas iš Lietuvos ir negalėjo išvykti iš Jungtinės Karalystės visus 11 mėn., kol vyko jo byla. Linas dėjo išskirtines pastangas ruošiant bylą iki tokio lygio, kad net Teisėjas pakomentavo jo darbą atvirame teismo posėdyje (kas retai nutinka)! Net nereikia sakyti, kad mūsų klientas liko labai patenkintas rezultatu ir gali grįžti pas savo šeimą į Lietuvą Kalėdoms!
